It's February already and I am beginning to feel spring fever already! I want to get outside and go walking and ride my bike and just do something active. I have the eating under control, I just need the exercise! However I have to wait until my 4 inch incision heals up to really do much of any exercising. My little mole that I was worried about, turned out to be a bad one and so the area surrounding it had to be excised. It's gonna leave an ugly scar, but I am okay with that, I just want to be healthy!
